Job description
Tasks
- The Site Lead will serve as the primary on-site operational leader during assigned shifts.
- Coordinate daily workflow, support communication across clinical and client-service teams, address operational barriers, coach team members, and ensure concerns are properly documented, escalated, and followed through.
- Leadership responsibilities across patient flow, staffing coordination, team communication, client service, training, safety, and facility readiness
Requirements
- Leadership experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, hospitality, operations, education, or another service-intensive environment.
- Veterinary hospital experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, communication, accountability, and the ability to learn hospital operations quickly are essential.
Schedule
- Full-time
- On-site
- Evening, weekend, holiday, urgent-care, and high-volume coverage as required

- $40 per hour, based on qualifications and assigned scope
