SAP HCM Consultant - Remote Opportunity at Jobs Mediator Ltd

Jobs Mediator Ltd is seeking a skilled SAP HCM Consultant for a full-time remote position. This role focuses on delivering expert consultancy in SAP Human Capital Management modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll for Germany (PY-DE), Payroll for Portugal (PY-PT), Organizational Management (OM), and Employee Self-Service / Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS).

The position offers a competitive salary of €90,000 per year and is ideal for professionals aiming to enhance organizational efficiency in HR management through SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP HCM solutions customized to client needs.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM modules.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HCM solutions with other business processes.
• Train and support end-users on SAP HCM functionalities and best practices.
• Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Document system configurations and process enhancements for future reference.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM modules: PA, PY-DE, PY-PT, OM, ESS/MSS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Relevant industry certifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with additional HR software/tools is a plus.

The SAP HCM Consultant will report to senior management within the HR department and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integrations and optimizations.
