Consultant SAP S/4HANA CRM & Customer Management - Remote

Jobs Mediator Ltd is seeking a skilled Consultant SAP S/4HANA, CRM & Customer Management to join our consulting team. This full-time remote position focuses on implementing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA solutions with an emphasis on CRM and customer management to enhance client business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting services on SAP CRM and Customer Management solutions tailored to client needs.
• Analyze client requirements and customize SAP S/4HANA functionalities accordingly.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP best practices and system usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support integration of SAP solutions into existing business workflows and systems.
• Offer ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CRM applications after deployment.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics or related field.
• Several years of proven experience in SAP CRM and Customer Management consulting.
• Successful track record with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Familiarity with SAP certifications is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on customer-centric solutions.
