Key Responsibilities Provide expert consulting on SAP CRM and Customer Management solutions tailored to client needs. Analyze client requirements and customize SAP S/4HANA functionalities accordingly. Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote best practices and effective system usage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Support integration of SAP solutions into existing business workflows and systems. Offer ongoing support and maintenance for SAP CRM applications after implementation. Monitor project progress and success metrics to ensure client satisfaction and optimal solution deployment. Required and Preferred Qualifications Degree in Business Informatics or related field. Several years of experience in SAP CRM and Customer Management consulting. Proven success in SAP S/4HANA implementations. Industry-standard SAP certifications are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on customer-centric solutions. This role involves close collaboration with diverse teams and direct client engagement to understand evolving requirements.
