SAP MEMII Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP ME/MII Consultant with 7–9 years of experience in SAP Manufacturing Execution solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP ME, SAP MII, and SAP S/4HANA integration, along with hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, system configuration, implementation, and production optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and support SAP ME/MII solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
- Configure manufacturing processes including production tracking, equipment integration, quality management, and shop floor execution.
- Develop and optimize production workflows to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Participate in blueprinting, prototyping, testing, data migration, go-live, and post-production support.
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams.
- Identify customer pain points and deliver effective SAP ME solutions.
- Stay current with SAP Manufacturing innovations, Industry 4.0, IoT, and cloud-based manufacturing technologies.

Required Skills:
- 7–9 years of SAP ME/MII implementation and support experience.
- Strong experience integrating SAP ME/MII with SAP S/4HANA.

- SAP ME Site Setup
- Shop Floor Master Data
- Shop Floor Execution & Tracking
- PODs (Production Operator Dashboards)
- Data Collection (DC)
- Genealogy
- Returns Management
- Site-to-Site Transfer
- Worker Guidance Setup
- Knowledge of SAP integration with PP, QM, and PM modules.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and business process mapping skills.
- Experience with IoT, Industry 4.0, and cloud-based manufacturing solutions is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience in Application Support Projects
- Experience with other MES products is a plus.
