Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficient resource allocation, supporting operational goals. Communicate proactively with team members and departments to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly. Utilize advanced scheduling software tools to track appointments, changes, and cancellations with accuracy. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of meetings, events, and key organizational activities to support transparency and reporting. Assist in developing and implementing scheduling policies and procedures that enhance workflow and reduce bottlenecks. Monitor schedule adherence and departmental productivity metrics, providing actionable reports to management. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and provide innovative solutions to scheduling challenges as they arise. Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Required: Associate's Degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or similar. Strong organization and time management skills with proven ability to multitask effectively. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise efficiently across departments.
