Job description
Tasks
- Install, configure, and validate scientific software on the Domino Data Lab platform.
- Manage pharmacometric modeling tools and custom compute environments.
- Develop and maintain Docker images and scientific application environments.
- Ensure compliance with GxP and software validation requirements.
- Troubleshoot application configuration and software dependency issues.
- Manage software licensing, version control, and installation documentation.
- Support Linux/Unix administration and automation using Bash/Python scripting.
Requirements
- Experienced professionals with hands-on expertise in pharmacometric modeling tools and scientific software administration.
- 6+ Years
- Monolix, NONMEM, Phoenix WinNonlin
- Experience with Domino Data Lab or similar data science platforms.
- Strong Linux/Unix, Docker, and scripting skills.
- Knowledge of pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) and pharmacometrics.
- Experience with pharmaceutical industry standards and GxP systems.
- Familiarity with R, Python, SAS, MATLAB, Conda, and HPC environments.
