Scrum Master

Position: Senior Scrum MasterLocation: Argentina (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across multiple software development teams working on enterprise-scale products using Microsoft Azure technologies. The ideal candidate will act as an Agile coach, servant leader, and delivery facilitator, partnering with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, DevOps, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.Coach teams on Agile practices, continuous improvement, and high-performance delivery.Remove impediments, manage risks, dependencies, and support release planning.Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain prioritized and actionable backlogs.Support Azure-based enterprise product delivery and cross-functional engineering teams.Promote AI-enabled development practices and responsible adoption of AI tools.Provide delivery updates, risks, and improvement recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Agile software development environments.5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting software engineering teams.Strong experience with Scrum, Agile methodologies, and enterprise software delivery.Experience working with Azure-based product teams.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience with AI-assisted development practices is preferred.
