Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support Teradata decommissioning and cloud modernization initiatives. The delivery model is approximately 80% Agile/Scrum and 20% Waterfall.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile best practices
Remove impediments and promote team self-organization
Coordinate Teradata-to-Cloud migration activities across AWS, Azure, or GCP
Manage dependencies between legacy decommissioning and downstream systems
Partner with development teams and business stakeholders
Track sprint metrics, velocity, risks, and project progress
Drive continuous process improvement
Support risk identification and mitigation for legacy system retirement

✅ Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
3+ years of experience on cloud migration/modernization projects
Experience with data warehouse decommissioning or legacy system migrations
Understanding of Teradata, data warehousing, and SQL
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift
Understanding of ETL/ELT and data migration methodologies
