SDET Automation Engineer – Java

Requirements

• 9+ Years
• Local candidates preferred
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Core Java.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable automation code.
• Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks.
• Proven experience in software development or test automation engineering.
• Strong understanding of automated testing and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience with IntelliJ IDEA for coding, debugging, and refactoring.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency.
• Experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Tekton.
• Experience running automated regression tests using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with pipeline-as-code configurations.
• Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and pull request workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong Java development expertise and hands-on automation engineering experience, not candidates focused solely on manual testing.
