Job description
Join Librería Gusanito Lector, a well-known bookstore in Lima, Peru, as a Customer Service and Sales Associate. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to enhance our customer experience and support our sales growth in the education and entertainment sector. Benefits Initial one-month trial period followed by a 3-month contract. Monthly salary of S/ 1200 for the first month, with possible adjustments based on performance. Formal payroll according to Peruvian labor law starting from the second month. Biweekly payments. Stable and secure employment environment. Requirements Experience in sales and customer service. Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience handling POS systems and mobile payments via YAPE/PLIN. Completed secondary education or technical studies. Valid DNI and CERTIJOVEN or CERTIADULTO certification. Responsibilities Opening and closing the bookstore. Supporting and coordinating book fairs. Making calls and following up with potential customers. Organizing and managing bookstore inventory. Work Schedule Monday to Saturday, from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
