Job description
Alpha marketing is hiring a full-time Search Engine Optimization Specialist in Brooklyn, Ohio. This on-site role is an opportunity to strengthen the company’s online visibility, improve organic search rankings, and attract qualified traffic to its digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze keywords to identify valuable search opportunities for website pages and content.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve search visibility and rankings.
- Monitor SEO performance metrics, evaluate results, and recommend improvements.
- Apply on-page and off-page SEO practices to build website authority and visibility.
- Track search engine trends and algorithm updates, adapting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with content creators, social media managers, IT, sales, and other teams to coordinate marketing efforts.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations covering SEO performance, insights, and recommendations.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in SEO or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS knowledge are preferred.
Team and Reporting
The SEO Specialist will work with a collaborative marketing team and report to the Marketing Manager. The position is full time and on site in Brooklyn, Ohio.
Compensation
Annual pay: 450000.
