SEC Reporting Manager
Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 + 15% Incentive Bonus + Profit Sharing
Location: 100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.

Key Responsibilities For The SEC Reporting Manager
Lead quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and disclosure requirements. Research, evaluate, and implement new accounting standards and technical accounting guidance. Manage tax-related responsibilities, including deferred tax calculations, filings, and compliance activities. Oversee GAAP compliance, internal controls, SOX-related processes, and general ledger accuracy. Support acquisition accounting, fair value assessments, and integration of acquired entities. Partner with auditors, regulators, and business leaders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Qualifications For The SEC Reporting Manager
CPA designation required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration required; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, and SEC reporting experience. Public accounting experience with SEC clients strongly preferred, with financial institution experience considered a plus.
