Secretary

My husband is looking for a secretary for our trucking business! 20-30 hours a week! We run a couple dump trucks and a couple flatbeds over the road. It will be a learning curve because we are used to handling it on our own but it’s beginning to be too much for me with construction too, Wild Hippo, rental houses, the dogs, the girls, etc 😅 The position will include data entry, payroll, some dispatch/load booking, management of fuel cards, driver files, hotel booking for drivers on the road, submitting tickets and BOLs for payment, following FMSCA protocols, etc! Some experience in these areas is preferred but I am willing to teach as well! We will furnish a laptop with software, work phone, email address and for now you can work from home for the most part. We would like someone within 25 miles of Como, MS as we may move into an office space in the near future. No benefits/1099!
