Secure File Transfer (SFT) SRE/Production Support Engineer

Tasks

• Monitor and support Secure File Transfer (SFT) services in production.
• Administer Seeburger BIS, including message tracking, error handling, monitoring, and service restarts.
• Troubleshoot file-transfer issues across SFTP, AS2, and HTTPS.
• Manage incidents, changes, problem resolution, RCA, and SLA/SLO compliance.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards, monitoring, and alerts using Splunk, Elasticsearch, and Kibana/KQL.
• Support PGP encryption/decryption, SSL certificates, SSH, and key rotations.
• Troubleshoot services running on Kubernetes/OpenShift and RHEL environments.
• Investigate connectivity, traffic routing, and load-balancing issues involving GTM/LTM.

Requirements

• Strong experience in enterprise Secure File Transfer services, middleware administration, incident management, and production troubleshooting.
• Seeburger BIS Administration
• SFTP, AS2, and HTTPS
• Splunk, Elasticsearch, Kibana/KQL
• Kubernetes/OpenShift and RHEL
• PGP, SSL/TLS certificates, SSH, and key management
• Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and RCA
• GTM/LTM and traffic-routing concepts
• Good to Have: IBM Connect experience.
