Support digital identity, authentication modernization, and cybersecurity initiatives for one of our leading financial services clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong experience with Identity amp; Access Management (IAM/CIAM) and customer-facing digital authentication.
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and Passkeys.
• Experience with business process improvement, requirements gathering, and customer journey mapping.
• Experience supporting digital identity, authentication, or cybersecurity projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Experience with Ping Identity, Okta, or ForgeRock.
• Exposure to phishing-resistant authentication, fraud prevention, and risk-based authentication.
• Experience with authentication analytics, dashboards, and product roadmaps.

• Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite
