• Valid LESP
• Complete and Updated 201 Files
• National Police Clearance
• NBI Clearance
• Barangay Cl #
• Neuro-Psychiatric Test
• Drug Test
• Medical Exam (Basic 5)
RATE
• DOLE Rate (₱ 975 / 12 Hours)
