LION TOWER is hiring full-time Security Officers, Guards, Cleaners, and Factory Workers in Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. This on-site role supports a safe, clean, and productive workplace by helping protect company assets and maintain facility operations. The listed pay is 32000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol facility premises and help ensure safety requirements and security procedures are followed.
• Monitor surveillance equipment, identify suspicious activity, and promptly report concerns to management.
• Support facility cleaning and maintenance to maintain a hygienic, organized work environment.
• Help manage access at entrances and support crowd control to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, following established procedures to reduce risk.
• Work with colleagues to maintain operational readiness and participate in safety drills as needed.
• Record incidents and maintain accurate security and maintenance logs.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous security experience preferred; cleaning or factory work experience is also an advantage.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response practices.
• Clear communication skills and a professional demeanor.
