Key Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor and ensure safety compliance and security measures are followed. Monitor surveillance equipment and identify suspicious activities, reporting them to management promptly. Provide support for the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, ensuring a hygienic work environment. Assist in crowd control and managing access at entry points to prevent unauthorized entry. Respond to emergency situations and alarms swiftly, instituting proper protocols to mitigate risks. Collaborate with team members to maintain operational readiness and implement safety drills as needed. Document incidents and maintain accurate logs for security and maintenance operations. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in a security role preferred; experience in cleaning or factory work is also a plus. Strong surveillance and observation skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response practices. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
