Key Responsibilities Efficiently harvest a variety of fruits during the peak season, ensuring quality and timeliness. Assist in the daily operations of the dairy farm, including feeding animals and milking cows. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe and healthy environment. Collaborate closely with other team members to meet production goals and ensure the smooth operation of the farm. Monitor the quality of harvested fruits and dairy products, reporting any issues to the farm supervisor. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure workplace. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills related to agricultural practices. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in agriculture or dairy farming is a plus but not mandatory. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions.
