Finding is hiring a dedicated Residential Compound Security Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Downtown, Egypt. Help protect residents, visitors, and property while supporting a safe, welcoming community.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol the residential compound to deter and identify security risks.
• Welcome residents and visitors, provide assistance, and manage entry and exit in accordance with security policies.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, contacting local authorities when needed.
• Write clear, detailed reports about incidents and patrol observations.
• Inspect common areas and facilities for security concerns.
• Work with residential management to follow and improve safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Literacy sufficient for professional communication and report writing.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach to residents and visitors.
• Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures; prior security experience is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and respond quickly during emergencies.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and other hours as needed.
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
