⭐ On a typical day, you will …Have the opportunity to identify and attract top talent. This may include tasks such as sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.You may also have the opportunity to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs.Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.Work closely with the Sales team to bring all searches to life and deliver top talent to our clientsLeverage innovative AI technology to make our recruiting smarter and faster
💪 ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement the overall recruiting strategy.Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
✅ RequirementsAt least 2 years of experience in recruiting.Advanced level of English language - Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven track record of being able to work independently and proactively engage in the client-side environment.Strong decision-making skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
