Job description
About the role
TOPCO USA specializes in providing semiconductor equipment, materials, and technical services to support the semiconductor industry.
We work closely with leading semiconductor manufacturers and technology partners to deliver reliable equipment solutions, engineering support, and on-site technical services.
Tasks
- Perform semiconductor equipment installation, setup, and preventive maintenance (PM).
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs.
- Conduct equipment inspections, testing, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and engineering teams.
- Follow safety regulations, cleanroom protocols, and SOPs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of semiconductor equipment-related experience.
- Proficient in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
