Senior Accountant Healthcare K-K Days in Office

We are looking to fill a Senior Accountant position with a fast growing Healthcare company in Dallas. This role will be responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements, inter-company reconciliations, P&L analysis, reviewing the work of staff accountants and will report directly to the Senior Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will have either healthcare or multi-unit accounting experience but that is not required.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule (Only 2 days per week in office). The salary range is 95K-100K+Bonus.
Duties:· Preparation of monthly financial statements· Assist with budget preparations· Preparation of account reconciliations, accruals and variance analysis· Mentor and give direction to accounting staff· Working with external auditors and within business unit management· Assist in Ad-Hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting· Minimum of five years of accounting experience· Strong Excel skills· Must have excellent communications skills
