Senior AI Platform Support Engineer

Tasks

• Support enterprise AI platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Agent ecosystems.
• Work with LangChain, LangSmith, Galileo, and Prompt Engineering.
• Manage and support Kubernetes, OpenShift, container platforms, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Drive platform reliability, production support, incident management, and operational excellence.
• Leverage Splunk, Dynatrace, and Catchpoint for monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Support Redis, MongoDB, and enterprise database platforms.
• Work with VMware, Linux, and cloud-native environments.
• Apply strong networking fundamentals to diagnose and resolve complex production issues.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Production Support, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Application Support.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agent ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux, and container platforms.
• Experience with AI observability, monitoring tools, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow ITSM experience is an added advantage.
