Job description
About the role
Supporting mission-critical Capital Markets, Online Brokerage, Digital Banking, and Trading Applications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on L2/L3 Application Production Support
- Strong expertise in Incident & Problem Management, Production Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Application Recovery
- 2+ years supporting mission-critical banking applications, preferably within Capital Markets, Online Brokerage, Wealth Management, Trading, or Payments
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries for production troubleshooting, data investigation, and issue resolution
- Experience with application performance monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Kibana, or New Relic
- Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux, application logs, ServiceNow, and production change management
- Nice to Have: Experience with FIX gateways, Broadridge, IRESS, AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, or microservices.
Schedule
- Hybrid (3 days onsite)
- Contract: December 2026 – October 2027
- 37.5 hours/week
- Rotational on-call support (evenings/weekends)
