About the role

Harrah Law, LLC is a Kansas City firm practicing litigation, real estate, construction law, and creditors’ rights for individuals and businesses across Missouri and Kansas.

Tasks

• Advise clients on real estate matters and lead negotiations and representation in complex transactions and disputes.
• Oversee case management, client representation, and legal research across the firm.
• Review and approve contracts, agreements, and other work produced by the legal team.
• Manage, mentor, and train attorneys and legal staff.
• Build relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Lead business development, including client pitches and networking.
• Work directly with ownership on the firm’s legal strategy and direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in litigation, real estate, construction, or creditors’ rights.
• Licensed in both Missouri and Kansas.
• Experience with all types of court appearances.
• Proven leadership and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines while keeping service quality high
• Interested in mentoring junior attorneys and developing clients.
