Tasks

• Manage complex large-loss and excess liability matters.
• Develop litigation strategy for high-exposure claims.
• Handle complex discovery, expert issues, and depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Maintain relationships with insurance carriers and corporate clients.
• Contribute to practice growth and business development.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license.
• Senior-level litigation and insurance defense experience.
• Experience managing complex, high-exposure matters independently.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• New Jersey Bar admission, trial experience, catastrophic injury litigation, and a portable book of business are preferred.
