Senior Backend Engineer

Tasks

• Design and develop high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and microservices
• Build and deploy production-grade Agentic AI systems and LLM-powered solutions
• Develop AI agent orchestration, planning, tool usage, memory management, and RAG pipelines
• Design event-driven distributed systems using Kafka and asynchronous processing
• Optimize LLM infrastructure, model gateways, inference systems, and AI observability
• Deploy cloud-native applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Lead technical design reviews and drive engineering best practices

Requirements

• 10+ Years
• Node.js / TypeScript
• Agentic AI / LLM Orchestration
• Apache Kafka
• Kubernetes
• Golang, LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, AWS/GCP, REST APIs, Microservices, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and CI/CD.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
