Job description
Tasks
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices.
- Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and AI-driven systems.
- Develop event-driven architectures using Kafka, asynchronous processing, queues, and streaming technologies.
- Implement agentic AI capabilities involving planning, tool use, memory, and evaluation.
- Build REST APIs, data pipelines, and cloud-native services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence technical architecture and engineering decisions.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and production readiness.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience.
- 10+ years of experience building large-scale distributed backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and/or Golang.
- Hands-on experience with LLM systems, Agentic AI, and advanced ML infrastructure.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Airflow, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Kafka, event-driven architecture, workflow engines, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, AWS/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and production system delivery.
