POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Senior Barista responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining beverage quality standards.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare coffee, coffee beverages and specialty drinks
• Maintain beverage presentation and quality standards
• Manage beverage inventory and stock levels
• Keep the bar area clean and organized
• Process customer payments
• Restock supplies and maintain beverage equipment
• Ensure responsible beverage service

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Beverage preparation
• Customer service
• Inventory management
• Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation
• Ability to maintain consistent beverage quality

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Senior Barista
• Experience in beverage preparation and bar operations
• Able to manage beverage supplies and maintain equipment
• Good customer service and communication skills
