Requirements

• 8+ years required
• USC & Green Card holders only
• Local or nearby candidates only
• Onsite interview availability is required
• 8+ years of experience in Big Data / Data Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Spark and Hadoop
• Strong programming experience with Python and/or Scala
• Proven experience designing, developing, and optimizing large-scale data pipelines
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and big data technologies
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms
• Experience with data quality, validation, and automated testing
• Strong SQL and data processing experience
• Experience supporting analytics, data science, or machine learning workflows is highly preferred
• Experience with graph databases / graph technologies is a plus
• Candidates must currently be located in or near Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, Maryland.
• Candidates must be able to attend an onsite interview.

Schedule

• Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
• Duration: 6+ months + possible extension
