Job description

Join Luis Avila as a Senior Biometrics Project Manager based in Bogotá, Colombia. The Bioforum Project Management office is expanding, offering a key role for an experienced professional in biometrics project management within Latin America (South America). Key Skills Required: Excellent interpersonal and written and spoken English communication skills to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders at all levels. Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, including biostatistics, medical writing, and data management, with expertise in at least one functional domain. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills with adaptability to changing project needs. Strong organizational and time management capabilities. Experience in budget planning and management. Proven client management skills and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Leadership experience with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams. Essential Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of biometrics processes including statistical analysis, data management, and clinical trial reporting. Solid understanding of clinical trial documentation such as protocols, statistical analysis plans, CRFs, and study reports. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP) and industry standards. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and related office software. Experience: Minimum 6+ years in project management within the biopharmaceutical industry or CRO environment, with significant experience in biometrics projects. This is a full-time position based in Bogotá, Colombia. Remote work is not eligible.
