The Bioforum Project Management Office is expanding, seeking an experienced professional to lead biometrics projects across Latin America. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple biometrics projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. Oversee budget planning and project resource allocation. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards (ICH-GCP). Maintain strong client relationships and provide expert project guidance. Required Skills and Experience: Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken English communication skills. 6+ years of project management experience in biopharmaceutical or CRO environments. Strong understanding of clinical trial processes including biostatistics, medical writing, and data management. Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability to changing project needs. Leadership and team management expertise. Knowledge Base: In-depth knowledge of biometrics processes: statistical analysis, data management, clinical trial reporting. Familiarity with clinical trial documentation: protocols, SAPs, CRFs, study reports. Understanding of regulatory guidelines and industry standards. This full-time position is based in Bogotá, Colombia, and is not eligible for remote work.
