RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage QuickBooks from A to Z
Accounts Receivable & Collections
Accounts Payable & Vendor Payments
Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
Monthly Financial Reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, & Cash Flow)
Job Costing for Home Improvement Projects
Work with ownership & CPA
Organize & improve accounting systems
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of QuickBooks experience
Strong bookkeeping & accounting skills
Experience in Home Improvement / Construction is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented & self-motivated
