Senior Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a highly results-oriented professional to join DIRECTV as a Senior Brand Ambassador, responsible for driving the growth of Premium and Sports package sales within Call Center operations. This role will lead commercial activation strategies, train sales teams, implement incentive programs, and strengthen sales execution across assigned operations.
REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leadership positions within Call Centers.Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Sales Supervisor, or similar leadership role.Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Experience working with U.S.-based clients and operations.Experience in training, coaching, and developing sales teams.Advanced English proficiency is required.Strong command of Microsoft Excel and performance analysis tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead commercial activation initiatives focused on increasing sales performance.Train and develop sales agents through in-person and virtual training sessions.Design and implement sales incentive and recognition programs.Coordinate commercial activities and motivational events for sales teams.Monitor performance indicators and sales trends.Prepare executive reports and commercial action plans.Manage budgets assigned to campaigns and incentive programs.Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure achievement of business objectives.Coordinate quarterly training programs for sales teams.
