🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
📅 Duration: 12 Months
⏰ Hours: 40 Hours/Week
🎤 Interview Mode: The final round will be an in-person interview.
🔹 Project Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the replacement of Baltimore County’s Jail Management System. The candidate will collaborate with County stakeholders, SMEs, technical teams, and vendors to validate requirements, evaluate solutions, support system implementation, and improve business processes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop functional and non-functional system requirements.
✅ Create functional specifications, system designs, and technical documentation.
✅ Develop test scripts and support System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, developers, and project managers.
✅ Analyze business processes, data flows, and system integrations.
✅ Support implementation, production issues, and the full SDLC.
✅ Recommend process improvements and technology solutions.
✅ Support user training and post-production activities.
🔹 Required Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
✔️ 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
✔️ Demonstrated experience in Public Safety implementations and post-production support.
✔️ Strong skills in requirements gathering, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
✔️ Experience with testing, UAT, process analysis, and system integrations.
✔️ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Previous experience working with government entities.
⭐ 5+ years of experience in Public Safety projects.
