Tasks

• Gather, analyze, develop, and document business requirements.
• Support the Mainframe Reports and Extract initiative.
• Analyze existing reporting processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to define reporting requirements.
• Support the development, testing, and validation of reports and data extracts.
• Review business processes and recommend effective solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Reporting Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with report development and reporting solutions.
• Experience with mainframe reporting and data extract processes is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience preparing business requirements and functional specifications.
• Ability to review, assess, and improve business processes.
• Experience analyzing complex business and technical requirements.
• Strong data analysis, validation, and reconciliation skills.
• Experience working with technical teams on hardware and software implementation projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Public sector project experience is an advantage.
