• Retail, Ecommerce & POS: CounterPoint, Shopify, Cin7, Clover
• Collections Management: Terentia
• Marketing Technology: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dyspatch
• Workflow Automation: Microsoft Forms, Power Automate
• Requirements Gathering, UAT, Deployment & Application Support
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
