Senior Business Systems Analyst

About the role

Support CRM initiatives with a leading Canadian bank.

Requirements

• 10+ years of requirements gathering and integration experience.
• Significant experience with a Big Five bank or equivalent banking institution.
• Deep knowledge of Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration, including user profiles, page layouts and user management.
• Strong stakeholder communication, business analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is nice to have.

Schedule

• Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite/week, including Tuesday and Thursday
• Contract: November 2, 2026 – April 30, 2027
• Potential extension and permanent conversion based on performance and business needs
• 37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday
