Job description
Lead dam planning, design, and construction oversight as a remote Senior Dam Engineer based in Tallahassee, Florida. Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality projects that meet environmental and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design, and construction oversight for dam engineering projects.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, geotechnical, and environmental engineering teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in dam engineering, including planning, design, and construction oversight.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant engineering tools.
- In-depth knowledge of dam safety and water resources regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
