Senior Cook QSR Manager

Looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Cook / QSR Manager who can lead the team and take ownership of the restaurant’s sales, operations, and overall success. Requirements include previous QSR / fast-food leadership experience, strong cooking and kitchen operations experience, sales and business-growth mindset, ability to lead, train, and motivate a team, reliability, responsibility, and results-oriented attitude. Responsibilities include taking ownership of sales, daily operations, leading and supervising kitchen and shift operations, working hands-on with grill and fryer stations, hiring, training, scheduling, managing crew, maintaining food quality, controlling waste and costs, ensuring cleanliness and food safety, providing customer service, and meeting operational goals.
