$14 - $15 per hour
Job description
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Cook / QSR Manager who can lead the team and take ownership of the restaurant’s sales, operations, and overall success.
Key responsibilities include taking ownership of sales, daily operations, leading and supervising kitchen and shift operations, working hands-on with grill and fryer stations, hiring, training, scheduling, managing crew, maintaining food quality, controlling costs, ensuring cleanliness and food safety, providing customer service, and meeting operational goals.
Requirements include previous QSR / fast-food leadership experience, strong cooking and kitchen operations experience, sales and business-growth mindset, leadership and motivation skills, reliability, responsibility, results orientation, and ownership of restaurant performance.
Salary: $14–$15/hour + performance bonus, based on experience and performance.
Schedule: 40-60 hours per week.
