Confidential is looking for a hands-on Senior Cook / QSR Manager to lead the team and take ownership of restaurant sales, operations, and overall success.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of sales and daily operations.
- Lead and supervise kitchen and shift operations.
- Work hands-on with grill and fryer stations.
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage crew.
- Maintain food quality, control costs, and ensure cleanliness and food safety.
- Provide customer service and meet operational goals.
