Senior Cybersecurity Systems Engineering Analyst

Tasks

• Implement, support, and manage Palo Alto Prisma Access and SASE environments.
• Engineer and optimize SWG, CASB, ZTNA, and DNS Security.
• Design secure connectivity leveraging BGP, IPSec, routing, NAT, and traffic engineering principles.
• Integrate Prisma Access with on-premise inspection zone technologies like F5 BIG-IP and proxy infrastructure.
• Drive policy enforcement, telemetry integration, and threat detection while supporting incident response and threat hunting.
• Lead security modernization initiatives, SASE migrations, system hardening, and high-availability design.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Cybersecurity/IT experience, including 4+ years of hands-on cybersecurity engineering.
• Deep, hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks Prisma Access (engineering-focused) and SASE/SSE architectures.
• SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DNS Security, and GlobalProtect remote access/VPN.
• Strong proficiency in BGP, IPSec, routing, and NAT.
• Proven experience designing Zero Trust architectures and managing security telemetry in large enterprise environments.
• Preferred: Strata Cloud Manager, WildFire, Advanced Threat Prevention, URL Filtering, F5 BIG-IP, Python scripting, Terraform, and IaC.
• W-2 Local Candidate Required

Schedule

• Hybrid Onsite – 3 days a week
• Contract-to-Hire (Target conversion to full-time at ~6 months)
