Senior Data & AI Solutions Architect

Tasks

• Define end-to-end architecture for AI-powered data solutions, intelligent agents, automation workflows, and multi-agent ecosystems.
• Design Agentic AI, Generative AI, Conversational AI, RAG, and AI-driven solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI, data, integration, security, and deployment architectures.
• Develop enterprise data architecture, integration strategies, APIs, canonical data models, and knowledge management frameworks.
• Establish security, governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and model safety standards.
• Provide technical leadership across Architecture, Engineering, Security, Data, and Operations teams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technology partners, including AWS, Salesforce, and Telecom teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Solution, Enterprise, Cloud, or Data Integration Architecture.
• Strong AWS/Azure/GCP cloud architecture experience; AWS expertise is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AI design and development, preferably with Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture, identity protocols, data models, security, and observability.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, or ITSM.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and executive presentation skills.
• Architect-level experience with a hands-on development background is highly preferred.
• Experience leading complex Agile/Waterfall projects in global enterprise environments.
