Senior Data Analyst

Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Grafana dashboards for Boomi integrations.
• Monitor integration health, transaction volumes, latency, error rates, failures, and service availability.
• Configure Grafana alerts, notifications, and performance thresholds.
• Analyze integration data to identify performance bottlenecks and recurring issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, SRE, infrastructure, and operations teams to improve observability.
• Develop monitoring standards, documentation, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Boomi Integration Services
• Expertise in Grafana dashboards, visualizations, queries, and alerting
• Experience with integration monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
• Nice to Have: Prometheus, Loki, Elasticsearch, Splunk, InfluxDB, SQL, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and observability automation.
