Job description
📢 We’re Hiring: Senior DataOps Product Support Engineer
📍 Location: San Antonio, TX
Must-Have Skills:
5–7 years of experience with AWS (S3, IAM, CloudWatch)
Databricks (Workflows, Clusters, Delta Tables, Unity Catalog)
Strong SQL and data pipeline troubleshooting
Production Support, Incident Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
CI/CD, BigQuery, and GCP experience preferred
Good to Have:
Kafka / Confluent Cloud
Python / ScriptingGitLab CI/CD and Terraform
GCP Pub/Sub, OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, and API Support
Responsibilities:
Provide production support for enterprise data platforms.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure SLA compliance.
Manage incidents, perform RCA, and drive issues to resolution.
