Role Overview After establishing a presence at global developer conferences and meetups in 2025, ImageKit.io is ready to expand its Developer Relations (DevRel) efforts. We are seeking a Senior Developer Advocate to lead and define our engagement strategy with the global developer community, focusing primarily on the US market. This high-autonomy role offers the opportunity to build a world-class DevRel program from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Speaking at Conferences and Meetups (60%) : Identify, submit proposals, and deliver engaging technical presentations about ImageKit.io, media optimization, web technologies, and web performance at major conferences globally and local US meetups. Content and Demo Creation (30%) : Independently create and publish high-quality technical content including blog posts, tutorials, and deep-dive code examples for ImageKit.io’s products and SDKs (React, Angular, Vue, video streaming in Angular, etc.), plus best practices like optimizing videos for mobile. DevRel Program Ownership & Management (10%) : Develop and manage a comprehensive DevRel strategy, build relationships within the developer community, and measure program impact. Qualifications Proven experience as a Developer Advocate or similar role engaging developer communities. Strong public speaking skills with a track record of delivering technical talks at conferences and meetups. Excellent technical writing skills and ability to create engaging demos and tutorials.
