Senior Developer Operations Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate cloud platforms, Kubernetes environments, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps workflows, observability solutions, and security controls supporting enterprise data, analytics, and AI/ML platforms.
Key Responsibilities:Design and operate Kubernetes platforms across cloud and hybrid on-premises environments.Build Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm.Implement GitOps delivery using ArgoCD or FluxCD.Develop CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.Operate Istio service mesh environments using mTLS and zero-trust principles.Build observability solutions using New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, and the Elastic Stack.Integrate DevSecOps practices, vulnerability scanning, and secrets management.Support high availability, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and incident response.Promote best practices in platform engineering, automation, and reliability.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; master’s preferred.At least five years of DevOps, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or SRE experience.Strong production experience with Kubernetes and Docker.Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD or FluxCD, and CI/CD.Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments.Practical knowledge of Istio, mTLS, observability, and DevSecOps.Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Full professional fluency in English; English-Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred.Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
