The Role

Lead the estimating process from drawings to final proposal for new construction electrical projects — an entrepreneurial, builder's role as the team scales.

Summary Of What You'll Be Doing

Reviewing drawings/specs and running full electrical takeoffsBuilding labor & material estimates, pricing scope, and preparing bid proposalsCoordinating with vendors, subs, and GCs to nail down pricingHelping build out estimating templates and processes as the company grows

What You'll Need

7+ years electrical estimating, new constructionJourneyman min; Master Electrician preferredGround-up retail estimation experienceProficiency in Accubid, ConEst, Bluebeam, or PlanSwiftStrong network across electrical contractors, suppliers, and GCs
