About the role
The Senior Engineering Team Lead (Sr.ETL) focuses on building, growing, and managing a high-performing engineering team. The role primarily serves as a professional supervisor, with a focus on organizational development, team retention, and cultivating a high-performance culture.
The successful Sr.ETL maintains a firm understanding of complex control system design and technologies to guide and lead the team effectively. Project management and hands-on technical execution combined will take no more than 10% of dedicated time.
