About the role
Sourcemantra is seeking a pharmacist with active Epic Willow Inpatient and Epic Beacon Oncology certifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Epic experience.
- Strong hands-on Order Set, Treatment Plan, and Therapy Plan build/configuration.
- Epic production support, optimization, and maintenance experience.
- Strong inpatient pharmacy and medication management knowledge.
- Ability to lead workflow and requirements meetings with clinical and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- PharmD / Pharmacist with license in good standing.
- Active Epic Willow Inpatient (Willow IP) Certification.
- Active Epic Beacon Oncology Certification.
